Theme:Fintech and the Role of Leadership in Times of Disruption
MasterCard’s Start Path Global Project was officially launched in 2014 and is committed to supporting innovative companies seeking new-generation business solutions worldwide. In addition to the innovation of the business model itself, their leadership strategy is also indicative of the progress of one of the enterprise’s core strategies. In the past few years, the project has successfully helped a group of startups transform their ideas into feasible business models. These models cover a number of technological fields, including artificial intelligence, wearable devices, logistics, and big data, where financial technology (fintech) account for the largest portion. All that to say, the main topic of discussion will be the developmental strategies of leadership in the fintech industry.
