Job Description & Qualification
ZIBS Full-Time Teaching Positions (Fellow/Lecturer and above)
ZIBS is seeking to appoint 5-10 Fellows/Lecturers or above who can make important contributions to our teaching and research. The full-time teaching roles (taught in English) are open for applications at ZIBS. Areas are include but not only limited to: Finance, Economics, Management, China/Asian Studies, Cultural/intercultural studies.
Each faculty member will be provided with an internationally competitive salary and benefits package. This is a fixed term appointment for two years, with a possibility of extension for a further year subject to performance and funding availability.
The offer holder will participate in teaching (in programs of iMBA, MCS, iMF, iMCB and GCM), research and undergraduate/postgraduate advising. You are encouraged to take full advantage of ZIBS’s vibrant international & entrepreneurial research environment.
i. Candidates will have a completed Ph.D. degree from a world’s top university (non-Chinese university is preferred).
ii. Candidates must demonstrate evidence of teaching at the undergraduate/postgraduate level, candidates with a teaching experience of two-year and above are preferred.
iii. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills and have a commitment to equality and diversity.
iv. Overseas experience and knowledge about China/Chinese culture would be preferable.
