Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce for International Cooperation is the first chamber of commerce established by Zhejiang Federation of Industry and Commerce with the purpose of "serving the open development of private economy in Zhejiang Province". On March 22, 2022, Zhejiang University Liaison Station of Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce for International Cooperation was inaugurated at Zhejiang University International Business School (ZIBS). On June 18, 2021, Zhejiang University International Business School (ZIBS) signed a cooperation agreement with the Talent Office of the CPC Gongshu District Committee to jointly build an off-campus training base for international students. The park focuses on entrepreneurship and innovation programs for international talent in such frontier fields as biomedicine, environmental protection technologies, digital economy, new materials and new energy. It also provides international entrepreneurial ecosystem services for enterprises and talented people that innovate across borders. The off-campus training base for international students of ZIBS will fully leverage the advantages of Gongshu Park in industries, resources, international cooperation and other aspects to offer the students internship positions, employment channels, and support for entrepreneurship and innovation.

Under the guidance of the Talent Office of the CPC Hangzhou Municipal Committee and the CPC Hangzhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, Hangzhou Global Youth Talent Community was established to build a pool of global talent and attract more talent to Hangzhou for entrepreneurship and innovation. Founded in 2004, the Brazil-China Business Council is a non-profit bilateral institution dedicated to promoting dialogue between companies from both countries.
